Raise funds for your organization with Fair Trade!

Are you looking for a new and unique way to raise funds for your organization? We invite you to make your next fundraiser a Fair Trade sale. Fair Trade sales not only allow you to raise funds by selling beautifully unique handmade products but every item sold helps make life better for talented but disadvantaged artisans and their communities around the world. Take this chance to introduce the idea of Fair Trade to your church, school or other organization and raise funds for your cause at the same time.

There are two ways to raise funds for your organization with Two Hands Worldshop's Fair Trade products.

Consignment Sales – Earn 20% of Total Sales for your Organization

Fairs and sales are great ways to raise funds for your organization. Whether hosting a Fair Trade holiday fair at your church or school or a summer fundraiser sale, selling our handcrafted Fair Trade products is a unique and ethical way to raise funds for your organization. We provide our products on consignment, so there is no up-front investment required by your organization.

Start by ordering one of our popular consignment packages or customize your own set of products. All items will be priced and ready to sell. We will include artisan information stands and brochures to connect your supporters to the people across the globe they are helping while they, in-turn, are helping your organization.

Your order will be shipped, on us, approximately two weeks prior to your event. After your successful sale simply return the unsold items to us within 10 days along with a check for the sales total, minus the 20% you've earned. To help you bring as many people as possible to your sale we will work with you to help you market your event.

Online Sales – Earn 10% of Total Sales with Minimum Effort

Fair Trade online fundraising is a simple way for your organization to raise money. Once registered with us your supporters can visit your fundraising home page at TwoHandsWorldshop.com to find information about your organization, your fundraising efforts, your organization’s special fundraising code and how much money you’ve been able to raise toward your goal.

Your supporters then simply shop for any of the beautiful Fair Trade products at TwoHandsWorldshop.com, and enter your fundraising code during check-out. When the code is used 10% of the purchase goes toward your fundraising goal. We will also assist with marketing your efforts by providing cards with the code and website for your organization to distribute, free of charge. All orders are shipped directly to the customer, so no additional effort is required of your organization.

To get started simply fill out this short form and we will contact you.

Testimonials

We helped Kim Conn host a Fair Trade sale at her son's elementary school in Birmingham, Alabama in December 2008:

"When I was asked last year to organize the annual holiday gift sale at my son’s school, I cringed, because I did not want to be associated with the “junk” that had been sold in past years. Another mom suggested the idea of a Fair Trade sale, and I found Two Hands Worldshop via the internet. One conversation with Brady and a couple of email exchanges with Alicia later, we had ourselves almost 3,000 unique, handmade, Fair Trade items to sell so that our children could shop independently for family holiday gifts. It was a huge success, the children were proud of what they had to take home to their loved ones, and I still hear from parents how impressed they were with the quality of the items. Our entire community also learned a great deal about Fair Trade and how it benefits the talented artisans who created the gifts. I am co-chairing the sale again this year, and we have already had over 75 parents volunteer to help out (it’s only August)! I highly recommend Two Hands Worldshop and a Fair Trade gift sale to anyone considering it!"

Linda Jamar chose Two Hands Worldshop to help with a holiday market at her church in Shreveport, Lousiana in October 2008:

"We hosted our first Fair Trade Market in October 2008 and featured a couple of different organizations. Two Hands Worldshop was so wonderful to work with. Since it was our first sale, Alicia was able to work with me to put together a selection of merchandise that was wonderful, unique and perfectly suited to the customers. As I worked with her in planning, I feel like I made a new, long-distance friend. She made the shipping and bookkeeping so easy for us and provided us with information about Fair Trade in general so that we could help educate our congregation and members of the community. I can't wait until our next sale to see what new and interesting items will be offered!"
